Plain and spherical plain bearings
Maintenance-free ELGES plain bearings or spherical plain bearings are used if exceptional demands are made of the service life. The spherical plain bearings allow spatial adjustment movements and, depending on the design, support mainly radial, but also combined, or axial loads. In motorcycles, these bearings are used for forks and suspension struts.
