Schaeffler Graduates Professional Program (S_GaP) is a 6-10 months professional talent development program which focus on hiring fresh graduates who hold master or doctor degree with great potential for specialist capabilities. We will work together with you to develop your professional skills and personality with regards to job requirements. We guide you to realize your full potential.
After getting into the program, you will be involved in day-to-day business, job rotation as well as systematical development program to gain substantial functional expertise.
Upon graduation, Schaeffler Group Greater China will offer you a specialist position according to your performance and professional skills in key areas like Industrial, Automotive, Manufacturing and some Central Functions.
