Schaeffler Trainee Program (STeP) is a 12-18 months duration fast-track leadership development program which focuses on hiring fresh graduates who held master degree or doctor degree with great potential to move higher in the organization. We will work together with you to develop your specialist skills and leadership capability with regards to the job requirements. We guide you to realize your full potential.
After getting into the program, you will be facing rigorous projects, cross function working experience, higher standard of job responsibilities, as well as systematical development program for professional skills and leadership capabilities.
