On January 17, Top Employers Institute officially announced the list of “Top Employer China 2023". Schaeffler Greater China was on the list selected and successfully certified with the title again. This is the eighth consecutive year that Schaeffler Greater China has been awarded "Top Employer China" and this year, the company was ranked 17th among the 139 certified companies.

This recognition shows that Schaeffler unswervingly practices the concept of sustainability and implements the strategy of accelerating transformation, constantly strengthens the corporate values of “Sustainable, Innovative, Excellent and Passionate”, actively creates the “D&I” culture and the “Transparency, Trust and Teamwork” leadership culture, and is always committed to creating an “Equal, Healthy and Happy” workplace environment for the employees.
