全球性汽车与工业产品供应商舍弗勒集团汽车售后事业部不断拓展旗下 INA 品牌热管理模块产品。自2011年起，舍弗勒凭借其推出的第一代热管理模块成为众多品牌汽车的配套供应商。舍弗勒与汽车制造商紧密合作，开发可适用不同冷却回路按需控制冷却剂温度的智能热管理模块，从而让发动机以更快速度达到最佳运转温度，提升驾乘舒适度，同时减少油耗和二氧化碳排放。多年来，该技术得到不断发展。如今，舍弗勒在售后市场独家推出第二代热管理模块，作为整车维修解决方案。
第二代热管理模块
第二代热管理模块同样基于能根据驾驶状态控制冷却剂流量的旋转滑阀。新概念致动器带有两个独立旋转滑阀，在功能上有显著提升。这两个阀中，一个用于控制水箱中的冷却剂流量；另一个用于分离缸盖和 缸体中的发动机冷却电路，实现 “按需冷却”概念。
这一概念能满足用户对启停系统和混合动力车发动机提出的更高要求，利用更精准的冷却技术，确保将缸盖和缸体控制在最佳温度。当从纯电动模式切换或启停系统长时间处于怠速运行阶段时，燃烧室中的摩擦功率显著降低，从而优化燃烧过程，同时减少磨损，降低二氧化碳排放。
“热管理的核心作用在于提高汽车发动机工作效率，减少二氧化碳排放。冷却和加热回路变得愈发复杂，借助精确智能手段加以控制能确保所有相关系统时刻在最佳温度范围内运行。这样做既能保护环境，又能增加汽车组件的使用寿命。 舍弗勒紧跟全球汽车保有量发展趋势，不断拓展旗下热管理模块产品范围，能成为售后市场首个混合动力车维修解决方案供应商，我们倍感自豪，”舍弗勒集团汽车售后市场产品负责人Maik Evers 表示。
产品扩展：宝马和MINI维修解决方案
此前在汽车售后市场，舍弗勒专门为大众汽车集团提供热管理模块。现在该产品范围有所扩展，包括面向宝马和MINI发动机的两个零件号：3缸和4缸发动机（B38 和 B48）零件号 538 0810 100；6缸发动机(B58)零件号 538 0811 100，这两个零件号已足够覆盖超200万辆汽车保有量。未来三年，这一数字还将翻倍。
