遵照GS1标准设计的数据矩阵码包含单独的轴承序列号，可以清晰地识别轴承。在主轴制造商实施软件解决方案后，可以随时通过序列号在线传输制造日期、直径公差、宽度偏差、接触角以及与突出量公称值的偏差。得益于轴承数据服务，如今无需编制订单文件、PDF文件，无需手动创建Excel列表，也不再面临相关的手动步骤、挑战和问题。数据矩阵码实现了100%的可追溯性，进货流程的数字化使主轴制造商能够监控自己的库存，尽享安心无虞。这项服务简化了轴承、轴和轴承座的配对，加快了主轴安装过程。
