借助该方案，技术人员能够直接在机舱内拆除有缺陷的轴承并安装新的剖分轴承。新型调心滚子轴承具有过去几年历经验证的优化特征，如非对称接触角。在此种设计下，齿轮箱侧滚子以更大的接触角承受风载，不仅降低了轴承的内部受力，而且提高了系统刚性。凭借这一强有力的维修解决方案，舍弗勒为风电行业提供了一种使现有风机继续经济可靠运行多年的卓效方法。
