汽车及工业产品供应商舍弗勒集团日前与森拉天时集团（CERATIZIT Group）签订协议，收购其旗下陶瓷部件制造商CERASPIN公司。CERASPIN公司总部位于卢森堡里旺吉（Livange），在开发和生产优质陶瓷产品方面拥有超过25年经验，其大部分产品经过加工后用作各类轴承的滚动体。
采用陶瓷技术的轴承广泛用于包括风能、铁路、航空航天、医疗设备、电气工程和半导体行业真空泵在内的各大战略性增长领域。带有陶瓷部件的滚动轴承具有低摩擦、低磨损及高精度等特点，越来越多地用于保护机械部件免受电腐蚀的应用中。
CERASPIN公司在从原材料到成品部件的开发和生产等价值链各环节拥有多年经验和专长。公司凭借这一优势为客户提供品质优越、技术领先的产品。CERASPIN公司自2004年开始成为舍弗勒集团供应商。
收购CERASPIN公司将进一步强化舍弗勒在未来战略领域的市场地位。舍弗勒集团工业事业部首席技术官Michael Pausch博士表示：“CERASPIN公司在滚动轴承陶瓷部件方面的技术专长对舍弗勒而言非常重要。通过收购CERASPIN，我们将进一步强化集团的供应链，尤其在欧洲，同时提升我们在战略型增长行业高价值部件方面的市场地位。”
根据协议，舍弗勒将收购CERASPIN公司100%的股份。本次收购还需满足相关交易条件，预计将在今年第四季度末之前完成交易。双方达成一致，不对外披露本次交易的细节。
