汽车及工业产品供应商舍弗勒集团宣布，自2022年12月1日起，旗下收购公司Melior Motion正式变更为舍弗勒超精密驱动有限公司（Schaeffler Ultra Precision Drives GmbH），进一步强化舍弗勒集团公司品牌。 2022年初，舍弗勒收购了机器人和自动化应用精密齿轮箱制造商Melior Motion公司，进一步拓展了舍弗勒工业事业部精密齿轮箱的产品范围，在快速增长的工业自动化市场中不断强化其战略优势地位。 自收购以来，舍弗勒将位于德国哈默尔恩Melior Motion总部的PSC系列精密行星齿轮箱产能提升了一倍。此外，舍弗勒还在南京工厂新设立了一条面向中国市场的产线。未来，舍弗勒将通过一系列举措重点聚焦新公司的业务增长，比如，通过建设新产线进一步提升哈默尔恩工厂的产能，投资开发高效的生产制造技术，同时招募更多的员工。作为舍弗勒集团全球技术能力和业务组成的一部分，舍弗勒超精密驱动有限公司专注于开发和生产高性能、低磨损、长寿命的齿轮箱系统部件，满足工业自动化领域的个性化需求。 经过本次收购，舍弗勒在已有的高精密谐波齿轮箱（如用于协作机器人的RT1和RT2产品）基础上，在整个齿轮箱产品组合中又新增了一大支柱性创新产品系列——用于工业机器人的高精密行星齿轮箱产品。得益于此，舍弗勒在所有工业精密齿轮箱应用领域拥有了全面的产品开发能力和技术专长。
