3月3日，舍弗勒集团宣布，玛利亚-伊丽莎白·舍弗勒-图曼女士决定，因年龄原因将于2023年4月20日举行的集团股东大会之后卸任舍弗勒集团监事会成员。
玛利亚-伊丽莎白·舍弗勒-图曼女士表示：“我人生中的最近三十年都贡献给了舍弗勒公司及整个舍弗勒大家庭。我非常高兴，将蓬勃发展中的企业交到下一代手中。作为家族股东，我仍将与公司保持着紧密的联系。”
舍弗勒集团家族股东及监事会主席乔治·F.W.·舍弗勒先生表示：“无论顺境还是逆境，我母亲始终不遗余力地带领公司发展，舍弗勒集团如今发展成为一家由家族控股、全球领先的技术型公司，她对此做出了决定性的贡献。语言不足以表达我们对她的无限感激，祝她未来一切顺利。”
舍弗勒集团监事会副主席于尔根·韦克塞尔先生（Jürgen Wechsler）说道：“舍弗勒-图曼女士将公司打造成为真正意义上的家族企业，为公司发展做出了卓越贡献。她始终视员工为第一要务。她为公司发展奉献了毕生精力，我们对她表示诚挚的感谢，并祝她退休后一切顺利。”
在2023年2月24日举办的监事会会议上，舍弗勒集团监事会一致同意，舍弗勒-图曼女士在任期结束后将成为集团监事会名誉成员。
凯瑟丽娜·赖歇女士将被提名为新的监事会成员
在4月20日举行的股东大会上，舍弗勒集团监事会将提名Westenergie集团首席执行官凯瑟丽娜·赖歇女士（Katherina Reiche）作为舍弗勒-图曼女士的继任者。1998-2015年，赖歇女士担任德国联邦议院议员，其中在2009-2013年期间担任德国联邦环境、自然保护与核能安全部部长的议会国务秘书。2015-2019年，她负责掌管德国地方公共事业协会，2020年至今担任Westenergie集团首席执行官。从2019年开始，赖歇女士还担任德国联邦经济事务和能源部全国氢能委员会名誉主席。
